A summary of our policy with respect to event listings and message postings on TRIBE website properties for or on behalf of gem events , also known as gem.ca, gemevents.ca, Craig Pettigrew, Global Entertainment Management (hereinafter known as the debtor), and/or promoters, nightclubs, or events affiliated with the debtor.

The debtor owes TRIBE $2889.00 (long past due) for advertising services already rendered. The debtor broke a signed contract with TRIBE, took advertising services from us, made repeated promises to pay, but never paid their outstanding invoices.

Until the amount is paid off in full, any message threads or posts about events promoted by the debtor will not be allowed across the TRIBE network of websites including the TRIBE online community.

We hope registered members of the TRIBE online community will refrain from posting about this company's events on TRIBE, and also be understanding when threads and posts about this company are deleted site wide by the admin or auto deleted by the board software without further notice or warning.

The TRIBE online community board is sponsored by a mix of advertisers, large and small. From larger corporate advertisers and nightclub banner ads to individual event listing fees, it is this revenue that pays for our bandwidth, server maintenance and the like. Our advertising partners make the TRIBE community possible.

As an admin I run a very tight ship and the money owed by the debtor was earmarked to replace high speed SCSI drives in our web server as the current drives will soon reaching the end of their life cycle. This maintenance will have to be delayed and I am not at all happy about it.

This policy will remain in effect until we are payed in full and this situation is resolved.
